Perry T. Cloud, President -
serves as Chief Executive Officer responsible for banking, bonding, legal, and accounting functions. Son of Wm. P. Cloud, Perry grew up around the construction industry. He joined the firm full time in July, 1979, after graduating from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He served several years as Vice President prior to becoming President. Perry is active in community affairs currently serving as Chairman of the City of Temple Reinvestment Zone # 1, Secretary of Temple Economic Development Corporation, Commissioner of Central Texas Housing Consortium, Vice Chairman of the City of Temple Airport Advisory Board as well as other civic organizations. Perry and his family are active members of First United Methodist Church of Temple.
Mark E. Fuller,
Vice President of Operations - is responsible for all
field operations, including personnel, scheduling,
planning, mobilization, logistics, security,
establishment of goals and priorities, monthly
construction projections, and Owner/Architectural/
Subcontractor relations. Additionally, Mark
oversees IT operations, Human Resources and Continuing
Education, Quality Management, and acts as Safety
Liaison between field and safety officer/consultants.
Grandson of Wm. P. Cloud, Mark also grew up in and
around the construction industry. He is a 2002 graduate
of Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Construction Science. He joined the
firm full time in 2002, after spending numerous summers
and school breaks learning the business from the ground
up as a field employee. Mark brings with him fresh,
innovative ideas and has proven to be a valuable asset
to the firm.
Mancel
L. Bolton, Vice President/Senior Project Manager - has been employed by CLOUD CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. since January, 1977. After several years learning the construction business from the ground up as a field employee, he joined the office staff in July, 1980, and is presently working in estimating and project management. In January, 1986, Mancel was named Vice President. Additionally, Mancel serves as Safety Director, HAZCOM Coordinator, and EEO Officer for the firm. Mancel is also involved with numerous church and community activities.
Kirk Goodnight, Vice President/Senior
Project Manager - has been associated with the firm since the spring of 1998 and now serves as Vice President responsible for estimating and project management, as well as in-house architectural consultation. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has been a licensed architect in the state of Texas since 1989. Prior to joining this company, he gained experience with a local architectural firm, and then worked several years as staff architect, and later as Manager of Architecture and Construction, for a local hospital.
Travis
Sawin, Project Manager - graduated from A & M
University in December, 2000. In November, 2008, when
Travis joined Cloud Construction Co., Inc. as a Project
Field Superintendent Apprentice, he, too, began learning
the business from the ground up. His eagerness to learn
& his quickly proven ability allowed him to oversee his
first project as Field Superintendent beginning in the
Summer of 2009. February 1, 2010, he advanced to Project
Manager and as such is responsible for many of the same
duties of estimating, purchasing, contracting, etc., as
the other project managers.
Wm. P. Cloud, Vice President
- has been associated with CLOUD CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
since 1954 and served as President from 1961 until just
a few years ago. He is currently responsible for the
ranching operation and maintains an interest in all
construction projects.
